EWAY THIS WEEK

This week's Advent gathering will include stations that further engage our theme of playing in the dark, a homily on Zechariah's story, and our Open Table celebration on the playground.

We will meet at 4pm inside at Elizabeth St. UMC.

ROOTED IN durham, NC

WHEN JESUS WAS AT THE TABLE WITH THE DISCIPLES, HE TOOK BREAD, BLESSED IT AND BROKE IT, AND GAVE IT TO THEM. THEN THEIR EYES WERE OPENED, AND THEY RECOGNIZED HIM.

REgathering again...

With great hope and expectation, we return to indoor gatherings on November 28th. We meet each Sunday from 4-5:30pm in Elizabeth St. United Methodist Church's education building (1209 N. Elizabeth Street). Read more about how we're gathering.

Life together

The pulse of our community still happens in smaller gatherings and shared life throughout the week. These include home groups, a pub group, volunteer opportunities, and host of other informal encounters.

ENGAGING durham

Now, as ever, our captivation with the Gospel pushes us to be a community in and for Durham, through missional partnerships, support of local artists, and public participation.
